When given the right nutrients, the body is capable of balancing itself. We will be using food as medicine to heal your chronic symptoms. Our initial meeting will always start with 60 uninterrupted minutes of you and I not only getting to the bottom of things but coming up with a solid plan for you to follow. I teach clients to nurture and respect their bodies as we carefully listen to what the symptoms are telling us.
